Lea Sandoz-Mey is an accomplished inclusion expert with extensive experience in accessibility, participation, and Disability Studies, firmly rooted in the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. She has held leadership and project management roles across Switzerland, driving campaigns, initiatives, and educational programs that foster inclusive structures and sustainable change. As the Founder and President of inclusion360 and an active board member in national and international organizations, she brings together diverse stakeholders to advance human rights and social participation. Her professional journey is complemented by international training in leadership and European studies, as well as recognition in prestigious competitions such as Global Changemakers and Global Teen Leader. Passionate, practical, and visionary, Lea continues to serve as a connector and bridge-builder in shaping a more inclusive society.
