His technical experience is supported by more than two and a half years as a Post Project Assistant in a state-funded research project focusing on indoor and outdoor particulate pollution in school environments and its associated health impacts. Shailendra has published research in prominent journals covering aerosol chemistry, metal concentrations in particulate matter, morphology of primary aerosol particles, seasonal pollution patterns, and black carbon variability.
