Isaac Aninakwah is a doctoral researcher in Geography and Regional Planning with a strong academic foundation and multidisciplinary expertise in physical and human geography, environmental science, and social studies. He holds advanced training in geography education and has developed broad competence across geomorphology, climatology, water resources, wetland management, oceanography, environmental governance, and sustainability studies. His research interests focus on geomorphology, shoreline dynamics, water quality assessment, climate change adaptation, land-use and land-cover change, environmental justice, and sustainable management of marine and terrestrial resources.
