Professor Xavier Boucher is a Professor of Industrial Management at Mines Saint-Étienne, affiliated with the Center for Biomedical and Healthcare Engineering and the CNRS LIMOS laboratory. His research focuses on the design, management, and transformation of complex collaborative systems, with particular emphasis on territorial healthcare systems and Healthcare 5.0. Previously recognized internationally for his expertise in industrial servitization and product–service systems, he has led strategic research initiatives bridging engineering, decision systems, and organizational innovation. He has coordinated and contributed to numerous European and national research projects and plays an active role in the international scientific community through editorial responsibilities, expert reviews, and leadership in professional societies. Professor Boucher has an extensive publication record in leading journals and conferences in industrial engineering and manufacturing systems. His teaching covers industrial engineering, production and logistics management, enterprise modeling, information systems, and healthcare systems, with strong involvement in research-oriented master’s programs and academic leadership.

Alejandro Martin-Montalvo Sánchez is a Principal Investigator at CSIC-CABIMER, internationally recognized for his contributions to metabolism and aging research. His work focuses on developing pharmacological strategies to promote healthy aging and extend healthspan through experimental models ranging from yeast to mammals and translational human studies. He has authored more than sixty high-impact scientific publications, holds multiple patents, and maintains a strong citation record, reflecting sustained scientific influence. His research has helped establish key paradigms, including the role of metabolic modulators such as metformin, sirtuin activators, and hydrogen sulphide in delaying age-related decline.
