Prof. Navarchian’s research spans polymer membranes, polymer gas sensors, self-healing composites, and polymerization engineering. He has published extensively, with over 25 journal articles covering polymer/clay nanocomposites, emulsion polymerization, polyurethane chemistry, and molecular simulation studies. His work on PVC/clay nanocomposites led to a patented in-situ polymerization method registered in Iran in 2017. He has also contributed to industrial projects with leading Iranian companies, including the Iranian National Petrochemical Company and Mobarakeh Steel Company, and served as a technical consultant on PVC production processes at Arvand Petrochemical Complex.
